



On the 10th of each month I will be taking new pictures of myself to see the progress I have made. I will be following the Body for Life Program. I am really excited. Keep in mind I just had a baby 6 weeks ago, however I still feel my body is way worse than it has been after having my other two kids. I decided to post my pics to give myself something to look at everyday to keep me motivated and so I can be held accountable by all my viewers. It's really embarrasing posting these pictures because I know all my family and friends will be looking at this blog. Thats ok though. I know this is going to be one of the hardest things I've ever done and I will be thankful to have the support of family. I won't hide behind baggy shirts and sweats. I am coming out of the closet and I am going to succeed! Please post comments on the site I am going to need all the encouragement I can get. Darrel is also going to do this with me however I don't think he'll let me post pics of him ;) If you have any good healthy recipes or fun excersizes please feel free to post! I will be posting everyday the workout I did that day. I think this will help me stay on tract. I am also not going to be stepping on a scale (gulp) this is so I focus on the excerscizes and not on the weight I'm not loosing. Here are the pics I took today and yes I know there really bad but hey you gotta start somewhere.

Way to go Terri!!! I had my baby 3 months ago and I still have a ton of weight to loose also. I think that what you are doing is a great way to keep track of your progress. One thing that I am trying really really hard to do is to quite eating right before bed. I love having a bowl of cereal before bed, but I am trying to quite. I will be cheering both of us on!!!
