Slowly but surely the weight is starting to come off. I am skinnier than I was before I got pregnant! Here are my progress pics after one month and 14 lbs. later :)

I haven't been posting much I'm too busy working out lol. I'm also in the middle of re doing kimmi's room so I won't be posting much still. But I'm down 14! pounds!!! I'm so excited. It's hard work but Darrel is so supportive. I just keep setting new little goals and I just love it when I hit them.
Just got back from my 20 min cardio :) burned a whopping 200 calories on the elliptical. Then me and the kids went and got Subway. I got no Mayo or cheese on mine. I'll be doing legs tomorrow. Today my arms really hurt which means I did good yesterday :)
Well today I've eaten really really bland healthy food :) and I got a sitter and went and worked out at the gym for 45 minutes doing weight lifting. All in all a really good body for life day!!! I think I'll go grocery shopping tomorrow so I can have some good tasting healthy food :-)
Darrel has had to work really long hours so it's been really difficult to workout this week. However tonight we are both going to the gym! He's really good at pushing me to lift more and I it's almost like a date so I'm looking forward to it :)
Today I went for a 2 mile run. I ended up walking most of it but it felt really good after I was done. I even got up at 6:30 to run it! Thats pretty good for me since Zarin kept me up all night.
On the 10th of each month I will be taking new pictures of myself to see the progress I have made. I will be following the Body for Life Program. I am really excited. Keep in mind I just had a baby 6 weeks ago, however I still feel my body is way worse than it has been after having my other two kids. I decided to post my pics to give myself something to look at everyday to keep me motivated and so I can be held accountable by all my viewers. It's really embarrasing posting these pictures because I know all my family and friends will be looking at this blog. Thats ok though. I know this is going to be one of the hardest things I've ever done and I will be thankful to have the support of family. I won't hide behind baggy shirts and sweats. I am coming out of the closet and I am going to succeed! Please post comments on the site I am going to need all the encouragement I can get. Darrel is also going to do this with me however I don't think he'll let me post pics of him ;) If you have any good healthy recipes or fun excersizes please feel free to post! I will be posting everyday the workout I did that day. I think this will help me stay on tract. I am also not going to be stepping on a scale (gulp) this is so I focus on the excerscizes and not on the weight I'm not loosing. Here are the pics I took today and yes I know there really bad but hey you gotta start somewhere.
